Why is the Back Country trip I want to book not available or waitlisted?
The Most basic explanation for a Back Country trip not being available on a desired day is that it’s booked or that the trip isn’t in season. From October 1 to April 31 Back Country trips are a fantastic way to avoid the less than desirable weather that tends to take over North East Florida for much of the Fall, Winter and Early Spring. I have taken a lot of time to sort the booking schedule to line up with the prime tides. These trips are very delicate to water levels and an outgoing to low tide being the most important. If the morning trip is under a waitlist it doesn’t mean i’m unavailable but that the understanding should it be the only way to make the day a fishable one that it will be on the less desired tide.
